Today was first visit to The Shake Shack and it didn't disappoint at all. I went at the start of lunch at 1130 am. The food came out fairly fast and the restaurant was very clean. I ordered the Carolina BBQ Burger with fired pickles. This was hands down better then Burger King, McDonald's, and Wendy's. The patties were juice and not over cooked. The pickles cooked to perfect with the right amount of crisp. I recommend the sandwich by itself or as a combo!

Shake shack is one of the best fast food restaurants, and this new location doesn’t disappoint. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and burger was great. Highly recommend you dine in though, drive through looked like a nightmare. I’d also recommend using the kiosks to order. Apparently no one knows they exist, so everyone just waits in this massive line to order and doesn’t realize they could skip the entire line.

My friends and I tried Shake Shack for the first time while we were staying in Rochester. The service was quick and all the employees were pleasant. We had placed three separate orders and two of them were missing items, but when we let the staff know, they rushed our replacement and apologized to us for the inconvenience. Five stars is for Jeremiah and Emerson for taking care of us. They were great and made our first experience an awesome one! We will definitely be trying other Shake Shack locations.

The food was good!! I'm from Brooklyn, NY and it's not my 1st time visiting Shake Shack, Highly Recommend the original Shack Burger and The Veggie Shack. Overall high quality gourmet burgers and shakes. I personally feel that the fries are overly priced. Restaurant could use some extra heat because it's not cozy inside it's always cold. Don't sit by the doors by the time you eat your food it's cold.

I gave a great review when this place first opened. This was the training time . Everyone was on their best behavior. Update...... They no longer care! Dinner for 2 is easily 50 bucks I ordered cheesy fries, came with a glop of cheese right in the center. The burger was barely warm . To top it off(read my reviews) , I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I say please and thank you. Food service is tough. However, when I come to you and tell you the ketchup pumps are empty, a quick apology would go a long way. Tossing 4 packs of ketchup on the counter and rolling your eyes, doesn't make an expensive hamburger taste any better. With all that being said, I am saddened by the quick decline of this business.

The fries were hot, crispy, and soft on the inside- delicious! The burger was a Real Burger, on my favorite kind of bun. I expected junky fast food and got a very nice meal! We also ordered a chocolate shake and a black & white shake- both were exactly what we were looking for! Also, it was very clean and we were greeted as soon as we entered- the ladies working tonight were very pleasant. I can’t wait to come back to a shake shack!

I had a burger and fries! So delish and cooked to my liking. I’m super picky, but it was so good! Max came by and checked on us! Such great service. I live out of state and have never been checked in at a shake shack before! So yummy and so great 10/10! My friend got a burger, hot dog, shake, and special fries

I don't understand how this place doesn't have a higher rating than 3.8. The staff was great, order took less than ten minutes and the food was PHENOMENAL. My girl and I ordered the Carolina gold burger and the shack stack burger and they were both delicious, especially the Carolina gold one. We also got the fried pickles and those were SO good and crispy. The breading on them was top tier. We also tried the spicy fries and they certainly were spicy! We got take out and had about a 15 minute drive time back home and even though the fries got cold because of the drive time-they were still bomb. That's how you know it's a good fry, when they're still good cold. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about, this place is well worth the money. Can't wait to go back. Hoping the banana pudding shake will still be there when we go back.
